Terms of Service

• Service Provider: Bartłomiej Mazik, Katowice, Poland, e-mail: bartlomiej.mazik1@gmail.com.
• Service: the Filljitsu website, the customer dashboard and the Filljitsu Chrome browser extension.
• User: a person aged 16 or over who uses the Service.
• Consumer: a User who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code.
• Entrepreneur with consumer rights: a natural person running a business for whom the agreement is not of a professional nature (Article 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code).
• Answers: content generated by artificial intelligence models and entered into form fields.

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate suggested answers for form fields on websites, optionally based on files and notes added by the User, and enters them into the fields.

The Service never submits forms. The decision to submit a form and its content belong solely to the User.

Technical requirements: an up-to-date Google Chrome browser, an internet connection and an e-mail address. The extension does not work on pages where Chrome blocks extensions (e.g. chrome://, the Chrome Web Store).

The agreement for the provision of the Service is concluded when an account is created, for an indefinite period. The User may delete the account in the dashboard at any time, which terminates the agreement.

The User is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for actions taken from their account. One person may have one account on the Free plan.

The Free plan is free of charge and has the limits described in the pricing. The PRO plan is a paid monthly or annual subscription, renewed automatically until cancelled. Current prices and limits are listed in the pricing on the website.

A new account may use a free PRO trial once, without providing a card. If the User does not add a payment method before the trial ends, the subscription expires and the account returns to the Free plan without any charges.

Payments are handled by Stripe. The subscription can be cancelled at any time in the dashboard, effective from the end of the paid period. I will announce any price change at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the next billing period, and the User may cancel before then.

Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the subscription agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by sending a statement to the Service Provider's e-mail address: bartlomiej.mazik1@gmail.com.

If, at the User's express request, the provision of the Service began before that period expired, the User will pay an amount proportional to the services provided up to the moment of withdrawal. I will refund the remaining amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

The Service software, including the extension, code, interface, graphics, and the Filljitsu mark and name, is protected by copyright and belongs to the Service Provider or its licensors.

For the duration of the agreement, the Service Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely in accordance with its purpose and these terms. In particular, the User may not:

• copy, modify, translate or distribute the software, or create derivative works based on it;
• decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the source code, except where the law expressly permits it (Article 75(2) of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights);
• circumvent limits, security measures or billing mechanisms, use the Service through scripts or bots outside the provided interface, or share the account with other people;
• resell or make the Service available to third parties, or use it to build a competing service;
• remove copyright notices or trademarks.

The User may use the Answers generated for them without restriction, at their own responsibility. I may use comments and suggestions about the Service to develop it, without remuneration.

The User uses the Service in accordance with the law, good practice and the terms of the websites on which they fill in forms. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• use the Service to complete tests, exams, quizzes and graded assignments, or for other actions that violate academic integrity rules or recruitment rules;
• provide false information in order to mislead anyone, impersonate other people, or commit fraud;
• process other people's personal data without a legal basis, including placing it in the library;
• fill in forms in bulk or automatically, send spam, or disrupt the operation of third-party websites;
• provide unlawful content, including content that infringes the rights of third parties.

For a breach of these terms, the Service Provider may suspend or delete the account after first asking the User to stop the breach, unless the breach is serious or requires an immediate response.

Answers are created by artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, and they do not constitute legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

Before submitting a form, the User reviews the Answers and corrects them where necessary. The User bears sole responsibility for the content of submitted forms, their truthfulness and compliance with the websites' requirements, and for the consequences of submitting them, including decisions made by third parties (e.g. employers, universities, organisers).

The Service Provider makes efforts to ensure that the Service works correctly and is available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. I announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for: the content of the Answers and the consequences of using them, use of the Service contrary to these terms, the operation, changes and terms of third-party websites, loss of data on third-party websites, or decisions made by third parties.

Towards Users who are neither consumers nor entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the Service Provider's liability is limited to actual damage, excluding lost profits, and to the total amount of fees paid by the User in the 12 months before the event; statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded.

The provisions of this section do not exclude or limit liability for damage caused intentionally, nor the rights of consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights, including those arising from a digital service's lack of conformity with the agreement, which cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

Complaints about the Service can be submitted by e-mail to bartlomiej.mazik1@gmail.com or through the contact form. Please describe the problem and include your account's e-mail address. I respond within 14 days.

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the regional Trade Inspection office (Inspekcja Handlowa).

I may change these terms for important reasons (changes in the law, the scope of the Service, prices or security). I will announce changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If the User does not accept the changes, they may delete their account before that date.

These terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.

Disputes with Users who are not consumers are resolved by the court competent for Katowice. Disputes with consumers are resolved by the court competent under the general rules.

If any provision proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
